Coaching platform · Australia
The software that runs the coaching.
A whole coaching membership one person can run from a single screen.
Doomscrollers is an Instagram-coaching membership that sells a plan, not a course: a fresh content plan every round, trending audio suggestions, and the client's own numbers read back to them by a coach who actually replies.
A coaching membership is only as good as the operator's ability to run it. One coach has to take the payment, onboard the member, collect a check-in every round, turn that into a personal plan, hold the calls, and never drop a thread, all without an agency behind her. Vonzie Studio built the platform that runs it end to end: a payment-confirmed checkout, tokenised client flows for onboarding and check-ins, a booking layer with the coach's own availability behind it, event-driven client email, and the Coach's Desk, a private cockpit that organises the whole round around what needs her next.

Context
The Challenge
A one-coach membership has to feel like a team without becoming one, so the software carries the operations, not just the marketing.
One coach, a full roster.
Payments, onboarding, check-ins, calls, and a personal plan for every member had to run through a single operator without a single thing slipping.
A promise that cannot be missed.
The product is a plan every round. If a check-in gets lost or a plan runs late, the coaching itself breaks, so the workflow had to make the next action for every member unmistakable.
The offer would not hold still.
Tiers, names, cadence and capacity kept moving, before launch and after it. Anything hardcoded across the pages would have to be hunted down and retyped every time the offer changed.
The best-served job had to be the writing.
Writing a plan is what the coach does most, and it is the part that decides whether a member renews. It could not be a form buried behind three screens.
Execution
The Solution
A coaching platform, not a brochure. It takes a member from checkout to a delivered plan, and gives the coach one desk to run all of it from.
Roadmap
What it does now
A manual workflow of direct messages and spreadsheets became a structured loop from payment to delivered plan.
Currently Optimizing
Live, selling, and run by one person
The doors opened in July 2026. Members join, onboard, check in, book their call and get coached through the same system, and one coach runs the whole roster from one desk.
The promise is enforced by the software
The check-in, the plan queue and the mark-sent step make the next action for every member unmistakable, so a plan every round is a workflow the platform holds rather than something to remember.
The offer can change in an afternoon
When both memberships were simplified after launch, the cadence, the wording and the machinery behind them all moved together from one file and shipped the same day. That is the difference between a config change and a rebuild.
The Backlog
Built to relaunch, not rebuild
Because the whole offer lives in one file and every surface reads from it, repricing, reopening a cohort or changing what a tier includes stays a configuration change instead of a development cycle.
"We did not want to build a website, we wanted to build the thing that runs the coaching, so one person could take the payment, write the plan, hold the call, and never lose a member in the process."
